Seen VIII came out of a period of experimentation with fabrics, particularly those stretchy materials that feature fairly woven textures, such as dishcloths and bandages. In this case, bandages were pulled apart, before being stuck down onto mount board. This entirely abstract image, which dates from around 2016, is one of my early favourites.
